ELVO
Portrait of Jean C. Leyva, founder of ELVO, wearing the gown and stole of the Instituto Politécnico Nacional.

The judgment is human.

Jean C. Leyva

BA in International Business with a specialization in Business IT, IPN (Mexico).

To know whether a business needs software you first have to understand how it makes money, where its time goes and what its team can actually sustain. That read is a business read, not a code one. That's why ELVO diagnoses before it programs, and why sometimes the recommendation is to build nothing at all.

Our method

Five stages, each with a named deliverable. Not a description of how we work: a procedure that can be repeated.

  1. Stage 01

    Measure

Evidence without opinion: technical x-ray plus an inventory of what you already use.

    Deliverable
    Dated x-ray and baseline
    When
    Automatic plus human review
  2. Stage 02

    Understand

Operation, goals, real constraints and the actual bottleneck.

    Deliverable
    Operations map
    When
    45-minute session
  3. Stage 03

    Prioritize

Impact, urgency, effort and expected return.

    Deliverable
Priority board, including what we recommend not doing
    When
    After the session
  4. Stage 04

    Build

    Only what the evidence justified.

    Deliverable
    Proposal and quote
    When
    Depends on scope
  5. Stage 05

    Improve

We measure again against the baseline from stage 01.

    Deliverable
    Improvement report
    When
    Follow-up measurement

Frequently asked questions

Why is it free?

Because it's how we show judgment before asking you to trust us. If a project comes out of it, we quote it. If it doesn't, you keep the diagnosis.

Are you going to try to sell me something?

Only if the diagnosis justifies it. If your problem is solved by changing a process instead of buying software, that's what we'll tell you.

Do you take everyone who asks?

We review every case. If we can see we won't add value, we say so honestly instead of selling you a session.

What if my business has no website?

Then we start on the inside: the opportunity may be in how you operate. That's what the operations diagnosis is for.

How much does a project cost?

It depends on the finding. After the diagnosis you get a formal quote with real scope and timelines.

How big does my business have to be?

We work with everything from one-person businesses to companies with a team. What matters is that there's a real problem worth measuring.

Who handles my data?

ELVO and its infrastructure providers (Vercel, Resend, Upstash, Anthropic for the chatbot, and WhatsApp if you pick that channel), only to deliver your diagnosis and follow up on it. We don't ask for sensitive data, we don't sell it or share it for advertising, and we don't store the full chatbot conversation. Discarded requests are deleted within 90 days and prospects 24 months after the last interaction. The detail is in the Privacy Notice.
