Privacy Notice

Data we process

We only process the data you give us or that the site needs in order to work:

• Name.
• Email address.
• Phone or WhatsApp number.
• Company or business.
• Domain or website.
• Social profiles you share with us voluntarily.
• The commercial need or problem you describe.
• Form answers.
• The result of your Radiografía Digital.
• Entry page, language, date and origin of the request.
• Protected technical identifiers, used to prevent duplicates and abuse.
• The approved summary of your interest, when you arrive from the chatbot.

We do not ask for sensitive data

ELVO does not request or require sensitive personal data: racial or ethnic origin, health status, genetic information, religious or philosophical beliefs, union membership, political opinions or sexual preference. Please don't include any of it in the open fields or in the chatbot either.

What we use your data for

The purposes are the ones needed to serve you:

• Handling your request.
• Producing and delivering your Radiografía Digital and its PDF.
• Answering your questions through the chatbot.
• Contacting you and following up.
• Scheduling a diagnosis.
• Preparing a proposal when you ask for one.
• Preventing duplicates, abuse and technical failures.
• Keeping minimal evidence of your consent and of the delivery.

There are no secondary purposes

We do not use your personal data for mass advertising, campaigns, commercial profiling or any purpose beyond the ones above. The site metrics we review are aggregated and contain no personal data.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for their own advertising. The only third parties that process it are the infrastructure providers listed below, and they do so on ELVO's behalf.

Providers that process data on ELVO's behalf

We use third-party services to run the site. Each one processes the data solely to provide its service, under its own privacy policies:

• Vercel: site hosting, functions, and storage of reports and PDFs.
• Resend: delivery of the emails we send you.
• Upstash: Redis for deduplication, rate limits and technical controls.
• Anthropic: processing of chatbot messages through its API.
• WhatsApp (Meta): communication when you choose to continue on that channel.

Chatbot and artificial intelligence

The site's chatbot runs on Anthropic's API. The messages you write are sent to Anthropic to generate the reply. The account ELVO uses is a standard API account, with no zero-data-retention agreement: Anthropic may retain inputs and outputs for up to 30 days, subject to the exceptions published in its own policies.

ELVO does not store the full chatbot conversation. The only thing that can reach our lead system is the approved summary: a short text, visible and editable by you before you submit your data, describing only your commercial need. It does not include the full conversation, sensitive data, secrets or anything you haven't confirmed.

WhatsApp

If you choose to continue on WhatsApp, you leave ELVO's site and enter a Meta platform, which processes the conversation under its own policies. ELVO uses those messages only to serve you and follow up. The full conversation is not copied automatically into our lead system: we only record the information you expressly authorize.

How long we keep your data

We keep data for the minimum time necessary:

• Discarded or unqualified requests: 90 days. They receive no commercial follow-up.
• Prospects under follow-up: 24 months from the last interaction.
• Clients: contractual or tax documents are kept for the applicable legal period.
• A valid ARCO request may trigger early deletion.
• Deletion covers the lead, its report and the associated PDF.

Your ARCO rights and withdrawing consent

You may request access to, rectification, cancellation of, or opposition to the processing of your data, and withdraw the consent you gave us at any time. Write to hola@elvo.com.mx with your name, the email you contacted us with, and what you are requesting. We reply through the same channel.

Changes to this Notice

Any change is published on this same page, stating the new date and version. We suggest reviewing it whenever you send us data again.
